Unfortunately, Dr was fine/comparable, but front line staff- very difficult; first and only questions were on money. Although, I had services at their office and promptly paid for my portion, setting up a second appt, she said it would take THREE weeks to get in as they must 'per office policy' confirm insurance eligibility and benefit check to know what I would owe- and pay at the time of the visit. 'Kathy' was very abrupt, rude, kept over talking me, kept insisting payment was the #1 item that had to be settled first. She REFUSED to set up an appt w/me until she knew what I owed. I told her I didn't feel her health priorities were in order, and as an former existing patient, I didn't appreciate her forceful, continual focus on only what I would owe and what I would agree to pay, before they would arrange the appointment. I called another office (recognized by US news and world report), she said they could check benefits today and see me Monday, the next business day. Amazing!!!
