Terrible.
Made appointment with Dr. Hicks - never saw her. The office will decide who you see. The cleaning was sub par and the dentist spent 3 seconds with me (maybe). The billing department is horrible. Left message for Dr. Hicks to call me....still waiting almost a month.

Wonderful Dentist
I have been going to Dr. Hicks for awhile. She is always friendly and gentle. Her staff is always friendly and helpful. Generally I am stressed when I go to the dentist and her office has a calming atmosphere.

My daughter hadn’t seen a dentist for some years. Unfortunately, she had many cavities. Dr Hicks came up with a great dental plan for her. I feel so much better knowing my daughter is well taken care of. I certainly came to the right place!
