State of the art, but not quality or consistency
While I do like the dentist, the technology, and fancy space...I didn't like that fillings were not done by her, but a tech/hygienist. I also didn't like not seeing the same hygienist from appt to appt. Felt like a number. They took out a filling and replaced it (turned out the old filling was not what was producing sensitivity) and the person who did the filling made it too big or something; despite them filing it down a couple of times, it is still not right. My bite is still off. I also just didn't feel like the hygienists were knowledgeable or friendly (at least 3 out of 4 I've seen). Overall, billing was never a problem, although hygienist last time didn't know my insurance covered fluoride and seemed annoyed to have to do it.

Dr. Nam is cutting-edge knowledgeable in her profession. I have 100 per cent confidence in her recommendations. The staff is friendly, and the office environment is pleasant. A plan is offered if one does not have dental insurance. Dr. Nam is the best dentist I have ever been to. I highly recommend this practice.
