Recapping my tooth
My cap came off Easter Sunday, I called the office to let them know. They called me back Monday morning bc they had a cancellation. I got in and Dr. Schen fixed it

Money oriented. Not family oriented.
My 15 year old son had his first appointment today for a cleaning and X-rays. The staff was less than helpful as to why there was a charge of $517 for those 2 services. I was not told of anything in his exam. I was asked however if I wanted to purchase the in house plan for $400 in addition to $517. Definitely not. I guess they have high overhead in Hudson. NOT patient oriented.

When I called for an emergency dental appointment I was able to be seen right away. They are always courteous and helpful. For further dental work they recommended someone close to me who also did a superb job.

Excellent Professional Care
First impressions are important and my first visit to Dr. Shen's practice made a strong positive impression! Dr. Schen and her assistant were very friendly, professional, and efficient. They let me know exactly what they were going to do at each step during my visit and made sure that I was both comfortable and satisfied with the result. They were amazing. In the end, the work Dr. Schen performed fixed the issue I came in with and I felt like I'd known them both for years. Dr. Schen will definitely be my dentist from here on out!
