No notice practice was closing
I was in the middle of implant procedure and future appointments were constantly being rescheduled. After the third time Aubrey (assistant) left phone message I could reschedule or do something else. I opted to go to oral surgeon and have been trying to get copy of x-rays for a while. Office number has recording will open on Apr. 1st. It's now the 10 of Apr. and I've left 3 messages since the 1st but have never gotten a response. Called number recommended on office recording 800-Dentures. Talked to Samantha and found out she is a patient advocate for this business. She said office had been closed. Gave me number of another Affordable office here. Turned out number she gave me reached the same recording. Today looked up other Affordable office in town, left message. Waiting for call from them...

The worst EVER!!!!! ZERO STARS!
I thought when I went a year ago I would have decent dentures for the price I paid. My surgery was 2 hours late putting me leaving the office at 6 pm late to get my daughter. Next morning I woke up to check the swelling and my front teeth was on the left side of my mouth completely uncentered. I go the next day because I want it corrected. They made me and my disabled daughter sit in the office for 9 hours before they would see me. Long story short I will have forever problems with my gums due to ill fitting dentures that was never corrected. $3500 wasted. They are rude, they lie and NEVER answer the phone OR RETURN CALLS. And let’s not forget leave you in the waiting room forever without even a hello! Don’t waste your money there is a dentist at the lake of the Ozarks that will let you make payments. They have better dentures for the same price as Mays office. They use a REAL LAB!

Had the same experience as Ed from California, used my old denture to make impression, didn't fit properly, went back after a few days to have them refit, did not help one bit ,now I have dentures for about 50 years and was told that I would have to take smaller bites of food , guess I have not had dentures long enough to know how to eat with then all those years , worst set of dentures in have ever had.i guess you get what you pay for. Only reason I gave her one star is I had to or could not send r

Used my old dentures for new impressions making my new one wrong and the worst fitting and a waste of money and had to go to another place in another city and have them remade. I have worn dentures for 40 years and these were the worst.
