Dr. Karen Hallinan, DDS

The office staff is AWFUL. After waiting more than 5 weeks to get a broken tooth repaired, I arrived 8 minutes late and Dr. Hallinan had "already left for breakfast." BONNIE, the office person, then stated "they aren't going to sit around for hours waiting for you." When I said it was unbelievable that she would be gone already, Bonnie said, "we are not a practice that's going to jump through hoops for you." Bonnie then informed me they would not accept me as a patient if I thought it was so awful that my appointment was cancelled in less than 8 minutes. When I explained I was barely holding myself together due to a family members recent cancer diagnosis and pending surgery tomorrow, Bonnie simply pointed at the door to usher me out. At that point, I lost my temper, for which I am ashamed. NO COMPASSION. NO KINDNESS. NO EMPATHY.
