Dr. Justin Schlaikjer, DDS

The first red flag was my original doctor (Alex Ahmadi) randomly quit without notice. I was then placed under Dr. Schlaikjer. I show up to my appointment and paid my $1500 for the work that would be done that day. Before my procedure staff asked if I had anything to drink. I did make the mistake of having a half cup of coffee. There was a huge deal made about me having a few sips of coffee and I was told Dr. Schlaikjer would not be able to use a IV for my procedure. I then asked if I could reschedule since I had already paid for the work. His staff then comes back and tells me I would have to pay my entire treatment plan in full, which is 10k! Staff told me Dr. Schlaikjer's time is important and they can't reschedule without paying in full.

I've been to this dentist twice for gum grafting and both times he was so caring and careful and understanding to my nervousness. His staff are all amazing and explain everything.

I agree with the pass patient. Staff did not explain clearly about payment. Schedule appointment to start the implant procedure, they had me take a muscle relaxer a hr before the appointment, showed up for appointment and wanted 2,100.00 before they started the procedure. Never told, that’s, what I was expected to pay that day. Refused to see me, had told me I didn’t to reschedule, till I had the money. Walked out with no front tooth and feeling awful from the muscle relaxer. Will not go back Very un professional!

I give both the dentist and his staff an A+ rating everyone was very profession and find the negative comment re: the office staff unnecessary due to the fact that they are by far the most kind as well as caring and as far as price I think they are fair.

Dr Schlaikjer is the best dentist. I know because I have been to many. He and his staff make me very comfortable and they do a great job. Only place to get your implants ? done

Dr. Schlaikjer is a great doctor. However, the reason I am rating the office 1 star is due to lack of professionalism from the staff. They misinformed me in regards to the out-of-the-pocket charges for the procedure. After I paid for the services (not cheap), I received another bill that is almost double that. They obtained an incorrect quote for the services and now I am stuck with a huge bill. Be really careful.

He was wonderful with my 9 year old. My daughter was so scared and he helped calm her nerves. He discussed everything with her before he did anything. I cannot say enough good things about him.

I need an extraction and could not find any other provider that would tend to and care for my extreme anxiety. This Dentist provides me with what I need, this is what I expect. Very satisfied.
