Dr. Justin Hollingshead, DMD

I have been seeing Dr. Hollingshead for over 10 years now. He has worked with me through different insurances, and even when I had no insurance. He is kind and I belive he genuniely cares about his patients. Staff are always kind and friendly at this office.

I have a specific Dental insurance. I asked when making the appointment if they accepted my insurance and they assured me that they were in-network. I would not have gone there if I wasn't covered. I proceeded with the appointment, exam, and x-ray because I was lead to believe that the work would be covered. During the appointment they discovered that they would not receive anything from my insurance company because of the type of insurance it was. Instead of informing me of this fact they waited until after the appointment and work was done and told me that i owed everything OUT-OF-POCKET. When I questioned this, the person that I had spoke to on the phone to make the appointment lied to my face saying she hadn't told me that. I left with a very bad taste in my mouth!

I had my old front 2 crowns replaced. Wonderful expierence. They made me feel very comfortable. Wonderful job.
