I am the mother of a small child with special needs and taking her to the dentist is never on my preferred list of things to do. I have to admit that I was a bit surprised after reading some of the reviews, considering that each of our visits has been extremely pleasant and much consideration is always given towards my daughter's needs. The appointments always start on time and staff has been extremely accommodating in the event that I need to reschedule an appointment (considering that an appropriate heads up is given, e.g. 72 hrs). Dr. Park always listens to my concerns and answers my questions thoroughly. Rinal, the hygienist/dental assistant is a GEM. She is phenomenal in cleaning my daughter's teeth in usually under 10 minutes, if that long! My daughter is definitely a screamer and it always makes me feel better seeing Dr. Park, Rinal, and staff remain calm and pleasant during her tantrums. I would highly recommend Dr. Park's pediatric dental office.

If I could have given a negative star rating, I would have. I have a child with a chronic illness. Whenever I'd have to reschedule an appointment, due to her illness, the scheduling staff was horrible! They were completely unprofessional & rude to a level you don't normally encounter in a medical practice. As a retired medI would not refer anyone to this practice, as their hostile attitude toward their customers is absolutely unacceptable! There's too many other dentists out there to choose from
