Dr. Judy H Chang is a Dr. of Dental Surgery.  She graduated NYU in 1992 and has been in private practice for over 25 years.  Highly experienced in Cosmetic, Implant, and Restorative general dentistry, Dr. Chang works with her patients to achieve the best possible aesthetic and functional results.
