Dr. Judith Mejia, DDS

This is an amendment to an earlier review. Dr. Mejia did finally, after months, return the money they overcharged me. Her office staff--the lady at the front desk, however, was unfriendly.

After leaving messages with the doctor's office I figured they may not be in due to covid. I left my new phone number with a detailed message because I needed a cleaning. There was no response. I get a bill in the mail so I call to find out what it was for. Funny, a missed appointment. I tried to explain that I called and left several messages, the secretary was a little rude, talking over me and telling me they tried to contact me by phone on a phone number I haven't had in years. Funny I just changed my number within last few months and had contact with them on my old number back in November. 232-8217 Good try. You didn't follow up and are trying to assign blame on me. Nope I will not be back.

Attentive and thorough staff. Friendly and courteous. Have gone here many times and find her work excellent. If it is something she thinks needs to be checked further, she will refer out. We are accustomed to excellent downstate service as well.
