Dr. Joyce Lam, DDS

I found Joyce Lam DDS, her practice to be professional and exemplary. She and her staff have made every effort to make my experience right. I have felt comfortable, informed and confident in Dr. Lam throughout all my dental work completed. All my insurance questions, concerns have been dealt with appropriately. I am continuing to receive my dental care there. It is unfortunate that there is a negative review that appears on this site. I am a veteran and a retiree after 32 years with the County of Santa Clara government.

Very bad experience, the first time I saw a dentist, because my teeth were swollen and painful, I went to her clinic, asked me what was going on, and told them that I had a toothache, so I wanted to see a doctor and prescribed some anti-inflammatory painkillers, it might take 5 minutes. Oh well, this will also have a seat for the dentist. As for the X-ray, we don't have time to show you this. The appointments are full next week, next week. If you have a toothache, you'd better go to the emergency room. Don't come here. I understand. This dentist only does cleaning and filling. They don't understand toothache, and they don't make money.

Dr. Joyce Lam is an excellent dentist. Her hands work with precision to solve all kind of dental problems. I appreciate her calm manner and directness. She is meticulous in her craft and I would highly recommend her to my friends, family, and colleagues.
