She barely introduced herself or even acknowledged me, she didn’t explain anything, maybe because she was too busy singing along to songs on the radio in background. I’m at the Dentist, not a Concert! The only thing that was explained by someone else was the money that was due.

Allure Family Dental canceled my crown-replacement appointment 5 times - after I had shown up! First, they had mis-scheduled the type of appointment. Second time, they said they couldn't find my records. Third time, the dentist had a family emergency. Fourth time, they said that it had been too long and they needed to clean my teeth first, so that had to be scheduled. Fifth time, although I was 30 minutes early, they had canceled my appointment and given it away to someone else because they said they had not been able to reach me to confirm. They didn't try too hard though-there were no voicemail messages. I offered to stay as late as necessary for the dentist to fit me in, but they said that would not be possible as the dentists never work late. Of course they didn't ask any dentists. Also, for one of my cleanings, when I called because I was stuck in traffic behind a car accident, they told me that if I were 10 minutes late they would cancel my appointment, no exceptions.

Unbelievably unprofessional conduct by one of their dentists. My sister was being seen for the first time for a dental emergency, notified them she would be 10 minutes late (turned out to be 8 minutes late), and asked if she needed to reschedule, and was told to come on in. While filling out her dental paperwork, she proceeded to overhear the dentist berate and shame her with the front desk staff the entire time. Mind you, she suffers from dental anxiety, it was an emergency, our father passed away 4 days prior, she is a single mother and unemployed due to Covid, and it is a mere 2 days before Christmas. Complete lack of compassion or professionalism. Stay far away if you value common decency.

Pushes treatments on you, and then makes you feel like a jerk for not wanting them. Arrogant woman.
