Horrible
His staff didn’t pay attention to my paperwork and had me as a different person, right name different address, birthday, insurance, everything. Billing the wrong insurance for my treatments.Dr Ball put my new bridge in that was defective, there’s a gap and he put a spacer in without telling me that fell out so it collects food. Dr. Josh Cochran could care less about any of this? This is how they treat a new patient when they mess up?

I do not remember ever having a dentist or staff explain their procedure as completely as the staff at this clinic. They also listen, although I know that they did not generally agree with my wishes. However at my age I have come to expect to make the decisions about my health care with information and advise from professionals that I can feel are trustworthy. Thank you Dr C for your very professional and customer care approach to dentistry.

I can truly say I love going to the dentist because Dr. C is great. They do amazing work and their staff is friendly and very helpful! You feel like family when you go in and they have a beautiful office that is super cozy. Needless to say... I'm not going anywhere!

I've been going to Dr. C for a year or so now. They given me a crown and fillings. They are always nice and they go out of their way to make my dental experience great. They've even put chapstick on my lips when I was there for a long time. They are clean and are always professional.
