I wish I could write a good review but this office and Dr. Will behaved very unprofessionally towards me. I saw Dr. Will for a consultation and came in for a cleaning prior to gum surgery. The afternoon before the scheduled surgery, I received a consent form by text to sign. I asked for it to be emailed so I could review it and received pushback. I insisted, received it, and had legitimate concerns about discrepancies and noted risks stated in the form that had not been disclosed prior. I was told my questions and concerns about the form would be addressed the morning of the surgery and that I could sign it then. However, Dr. Will and his staff chose to text me 20 minutes prior to the appointment as I was en route to their office to cancel. They have since promised a refund for the consult and cleaning costs I paid (all for nothing as the surgery was canceled) but have not provided it. I have everything documented, including numerous false statements made by them as evidence. Dr. Will is not the friendly guy you see in photos--he and his staff behaved very poorly and I am owed a refund and an apology for what they did.

Dr. Will not only put me back together after my accident, he and his team helped get the insurance company to pay the biill.

Have had excellent care from Dr. Will.

My condition advanced rapidly with pain. One call and two hours later I was in the chair and the diagnosis and resolution was quick. A great first impression.

Awesome doctor. Spent much time explaining my case and options even tho most work wouldn’t be completed by him. Super friendly and personable. Made me feel comfortable and spent as much time with me as needed to answer all my concerns & questions. High recommend!

Exceptional care and compassion. I am a busy self-employed businesswoman who generally does not have time to write reviews—my experience was so helpful that I had to take the time to highly recommend Dr. Will to anyone who is looking for excellent care. I had a very challenging implant issue that was created by another dentist who damaged my abutment so incredibly that I was turned away by many other specialists. I was beyond relieved when Dr. Will resolved this very difficult challenge. A+++

I think that Dr. Will is a good dentist; however, the billing person is incompetent and I wound up paying a lot out of pocket with my dental insurance. Based on that information I could never recommend Dr. Will to anyone as the dental office needs to work as a team and I feel that is really lacking at his office.
