After redoing my root canal I was in the worst pain of my life for almost a week. My face was swollen and I start to lose hearing. I was visiting ER 3 times because the doctor Wateska stop responding to my calls even to after hours emergency number. I have one of the most traumatic and careless experience with this office and doctor, I was ready to lose my tooth just to have a few hours of sleep. If you will have complications after any persuasions, Dr. Wateska will do anything to disappear from responsibilities and provide proper care and whole, his office will talk to you like you are a drama queen and nothing to be worried about. No one deserves this during serious complications and unbearable pain. Worst experience of my life.

I was scared to death when I went in there. Have many anxieties. Dr. Wateska and his assistant dealt with each one of them as they came up as seamlessly as taking a walk. Molar 18 root canal. The Novocain shot was like a slight pressure on your gum. Those two worked together like they had been doing it their whole life. Now a day and a half later feel completely normal no pain. I could go into many more details but suffice it to say these folks are an excellent bunch and I will use them again if ever needed. PS if you are in the chair look up cool surprise!

I was referred to Dr. Wateska for root canal therapy. I was having a problem with infection and swelling around a tooth in the gums and also into the inside of my cheek. The root canal was performed without any tests done besides an x- ray, which at the time did not show anything wrong with the tooth or surrounding bone. I was sent out of the office with no antibiotics or any referral. The gum infection spread to other teeth. Now, I have destroyed gum tissue and will need new crowns on four teeth now. I definitely was not treated properly and referred to someone that could take care of my issue. Will never be going back. I also tried to explain to his assistant and to him what was going on. They proceeded to say that everyone has an infection like that. I can guarantee you as a healthcare professional myself, this was not the average tooth infection. Any tooth infection that spreads to surrounding soft tissue is definitely not the average tooth infection!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Wateska and his office. Honestly he is the best at what he does. His office is very state of the art, his staff is well trained, and everything went so smooth that I hardly felt like I had a root canal. Seriously easier than my routine cleanings. If you need a root canal I highly recommend him.

As painless as a root canal could be! Staff was VERY nice and welcoming. I would most definitely choose to use Dr. Wateska again.

Dr Wateska performed a molar root canal. The procedure went smoothly. The modern equipment and his knowledge made for a quick and painless root canal.

I cannot compliment the staff, and Dr. Wateski enough! It truly was the only root canal I have had that was absolutely painless. His office is immaculate and one staff member was nicer than the next. I have already recommended him to my family and friends. No more fear of a root canal for me!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Wateska for several years for root canals and other serious tooth problems. He is highly skilled, having done at least six root canals and root surgery for me, all quickly, painlessly, and thoroughly. I highly recommend him as a practitioner who can make root canals a much better experience than expected! His staff is kind and helpful. Everyone is cheerful. I enjoy my time there as much as anyone can in this situation, and I will not even consider going anywhere else for treatment!

Do not see this doctor. Had to have tooth redone. Still having issues. Dr will not return my calls. His secretary Kim told me he was too busy with patients to call me back. I explained that I was a patient. Expensive procedure and now the tooth needs to be pulled and get a post and crown. I believe a doctor can be pleasant when things go well but the true test is when they do not go well. Save your time, money and aggravation and go elsewhere.

Excellent and hardly any pain from shot or drill! Had high anxiety from previous dentists but this was a good visit! Comic relief hour too! Great staff!

We will NEVER go back to this place again. Let me make this short and simple. Below average dentistry that cares more about their financial needs then patient care. Called the after hours service after days of being in crippling pain after a procedure in the office and they never called back. Please be careful of the positive reviews

I recently had a Root Canal done. Dr Wateska was very efficient. I had some concerns and came back the next day. The Doctor and staff was very concerned and the everything was solved in minutes. I would recommend Dr Wateska.

He is caring pleasent and professional.. Wait time is always 0. Never have I waited past my appointment time .. He is gentle and considerate .. And understands I do not like needles in my mouth and is ALWAYS careful about my phobia . Do not hesitate to schedule if you find yourself in need .
