The lady overcharged the patient
The Dr. Tseng is good. However, the lady working there tried to over charge the patient. I have to spend a lot of time talking to the insurance company. She argued with the insurance company and until I talked with the Dr. This year, she tried to over charge me again. Either she does not know what she is doing, or she just tried to rip the patient off since it is not that complicated for a exam and cleaning. Due to her, I changed the dentist.

It's (almost) a pleasure to go to the dentist!
Great! Dr. Tseng has been taking care of my teeth for over 14 years now. I was born in 1934, so my teeth are old, but still working, and still all mine, with a couple of crowns, but no dentures, and I expect to keep it that way 'until the end'. Thank you Dr. Tseng, and thanks to your staff. I would add: it's a pleasure to go to the dentist, but would anyone believe me?

I met Dr Tseng for the first time today and he did a root canal. He was kind and patient and I am glad I found him
