He scares you into treatment. I went for a second opinion and was told that I needed half of what Dr. Shrager stated. Dr. Shrager wanted to do a root canal on every tooth that needed a crown and told me if I didn't do the root canal that it will hurt my heart and cause me to possibly die. As he telling me this he is talking with a very condescending tone. I left there feeling awful about myself

Dr. Shrager's treatment plan amounted to an unbelievable amount of money. I disagreed with the need and the amount. His financial person, Christina, developed a payment plan I was not satisfied with. She proceeded to be very aggressive and harassing towards me and called me several times trying to get me to agree to the plan stating I could develop memory problems, heart and other physical problems if I didn't start treatment immediately. Office staff was rude, as was Christiana.
