My children love Dr. Lamendella personally. It is his receptionist and policy that is terrible and why I could never recommend him to anyone. The receptionist is the rudest person I have ever dealt with, in regards to scheduling appts for my kids. They really only have 1 dr. & 1day weekly to do adjustments, so if you have a conflict or your child is sick you have to wait a whole month for a next appt. Next is for fees for retainers and such that should be included with the insurance but aren't

The front desk staff are very rude and always asking to pay in cash. Also they are overcharging customers for additional fees on top of what insurance companies reimburse the doctor even though they are listed as provider. Providers are required to accept insurance rates; otherwise they should not be listed as providers. The doctor is never available to speak with parents. They are very greedy and money hungry. Avoid this establishment and find other reasonable orthodontist in the Island.
