Dr Hom is a very caring and thorough dentist. I used to go to a suburban dentist who always seemed to come up with pricey things that needed done. Dr Hom does not do this. He explains carefully everything he sees and is a real artist who does a terrific filling if one is needed. He should have been a sculptor. :-)
