Deceitful business practice
As a new patient asked if they "took my insurance." They said yes, processed me, treated me, and then billed me ... because they did not take my insurance. Liked them as a dentist and thought there must have been a mistake because why would they treat me if they didn't take my insurance! So asked again, because I'd gotten the bill. They claimed they were filing it with the insurance again. Completely deceitful and dishonest business. Buyer beware. Cannot trust them.

Going to the dentist is never fun but Dr. Debenedetto answers all your questions, explains what to expect and each appointment is executed to expectation. Trust is a big thing with healthcare providers and Dr. DeBenedetto gets all of mine.

Dr. Debenedetto has been our family dentist for more than 15 years. We would never use any other dentist! He is meticulous, smart, & trustworthy. We could easily go elsewhere and pay nothing out-of-pocket, but would never do so. Dr. D. never overbooks so there is never a wait to be seen. His staff is always welcoming and professional.

Dr. DiBenedetto has been my dentist since 1989. He is fabulous and his entire office staff are friendly and caring. Very easy to get an appointment as well.
