Dr. Joseph Dene, DDS

I have been a patient of Dr. Dene for 30+ years. He and his staff are very professional. He is extremely thorough and will follow dental protocols to a "T". I highly recommend him,

I never got past the initial phone call. A woman with an accent answered the phone. She tried to control the conversation and insisted that I had to have x-rays. All I wanted was a brief consultation with the dentist. I need extensive restorations which are obvious visually and I am aware of more details from past exams with other dentists. I simply wanted the Dr. To take a look and discuss briefly possible restorations. Then if he though one I want might be possible we could go into x-rays and all the rest. To see if it were indeed possible. This woman took it upon herself to tell me it was not possible to see the dentist under these conditions and told me to find another dentist. Should she be the gatekeeper of who can talk to the dentist? I only wanted 15 minutes of his time. So I was barred from seeing him but I would not see him anyway if this is the sort of person he employs - those who work for the dentist are a reflection of him and should be supervised by him.
