Dr. DeFilippo is terrific. I had never met him before but called him Saturday morning with severe pain in my back molar. He met me in the office an hour later and did a root canal. Extremely gentle, I didn't feel any pain at all. He is also very kind and personable. I highly recommend him.

Over 5 years had 3 root canals with him, 1 of the 3 has had no problems after 5 yrs; 2nd Root canal failed after 1 year, had to be re-treated at twice the cost because of his incompetence. (this incompetence comes from not agreeing with the findings of 2 other dentists that stated a 4th root existed at an upper molar). A 3rd root canal had also failed because of 1 of 4 roots was overfilled and 2 of 4 roots was underfilled, causing 9 of 10 pain, requiring a re-treat from another dentist!
