Dr. Joseph Craig, DDS

The most painful unnecessary experience of my life! They are only in it for the money, i had to go to urgent care when they were done with me.

I went to see Dr. Craig about getting a tooth pulled. I’m very nervous and embarrassed to visit a dentist because I have not taken care of my teeth in years. The doctor and his staff did their best to put me at ease. After he was done and I went to pay for the extraction they told me there was no charge. Needless to say I was shocked and very grateful. And the next day he made a point to personally call me to see how I was doing. Truly an awesome man!

Long time patient of Dr Craig, haven’t been to the practice in a fee years because I didn’t have dental ins with my new employer. Scheduled an apt in Dec 2017, recommended a deep cleaning and they would follow up to schedule me after the new year. Never did only called me as a fill in when they had room in the schedule, never actually called me to Schedule any dates. Not sure what’s happening in this office changed from the previous experience but seeking another professional dentistry practice.

Dr. Craig is very nice and competent. He doesn't spend much time with me, but honestly my teeth are great and he doesn't need to. All of the hygienists at his office are excellent and I love getting my teeth cleaned by them. I would definitely recommend Dr. Craig.
