I went to Dr. Chen at the Dental Depot, The Colony location for a scheduled crown procedure. As the Dr. was working on my tooth the drill slipped and he
sliced the back of my throat leaving me with very bad bruising and deep cuts that required stitches. I was in quite a bit of pain and unable to swallow or eat for almost a week. It was a horrible ordeal but I was able to get through it and
get the temporary put in place. After about a week I tried to eat something solid for the first time solid and the temporary popped off to make it worse! A new temporary was
put in place by the dentist which only lasted about a week before that came off too. Keep in mind I am hardly able to chew or swallow anything on that tooth. After a couple weeks I went back in for the permanent crown. The area around the crown gathers food and is constantly irritated. I am not pleased with the work done by Dr. Joseph Chen and I would think twice before trusting this Dentist!
