This is the best dental office I have ever been to as an adult. Barbara, the receptionist, has excellent follow through and will do her best to coordinate care with previous offices to get your records. You may come in looking for a cleaning, but you will leave with buckets worth of education. This includes holding a mirror while Dr Checchio walks you through his dental assessment. It includes private tutorial on what is seen on your xray. It ends with a cleaning performed by the dentist himself! This class (I mean dental appointment) is so thourough that you will not only have any current issues addressed, but you will also get education on how to preserve dental health as you age. In other words, it does not feel like they are out to make a quick buck like many other cosmetic dental practices.) The office is called Comprehensive Dental for a reason. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, gentle, compassionate, kind & witty, with a terrific chair-side manner. He keeps ahead of the curve with the safest & most current procedures which make healing fast & beneficial for patients. Everything is explained in detail to make you feel completely at ease, with your best interest in mind. Scheduling appointments are always easy & accommodating. Dr. Checchio does wonderful work. He takes his time with each patient and strives to ensure that each patient leaves with a beautiful smile. He is a goof ball and makes visiting the dentist fun! He gives thorough explanations of what work needs to be done and why, which makes me more comfortable when scheduling my next appointment. He also offers an in-house insurance plan which has saved me and my family money.

My experience with Dr. Checchio was great! He and his staff made me feel extremely comfortable, which for me has always been hard in a dental setting. Dr. Joe was extremely gentle with me!
