Dr. Joseph Boggs, DMD

The staff at the emergency clinic I went to were awesome. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Dr. Boggs. He is very unprofessional and only seems to care about selling services instead of actually caring for his patients. To start with, I had to greet him when he came into the room because he just stood there looking at notes. I came with an issue that should have been an easy fix, and he sounded extremely confident in his ability to fix the issue so, even though it was a lot more than I would have liked to spend, I allowed him to. He came back and the issue was made 100 times worse and he said 'sorry, I can't fix it' and left it at that. Then, he attempted to gaslight me into the issue being my fault. I assure you, the issue was not my fault at all. I was shaking when I left because I was so angry. I received a full refund but that didn't make up for the fact that Dr. Boggs humiliated me and I had to attend me son's wedding with missing teeth. DO NOT go to Dr. Boggs!!

The office and staff were very nice and professional. Dr. Boggs on the other hand is absolutely the least professional, competent, and generally the most amateur attempt at his occupation. He should be selling Pakistan rugs in Charleston. I would have been better off with Tom Hanks with an ice skate on a deserted island. He deliberately tried to cause me pain and then proceed to try to break teeth on the wrong side of my mouth, after looking at exrays and being told repeatedly where exactly the problem was. He insisted on trying to sell services and explaining his payment options. I screamed expletives at him and questioned his competence and asked him to get away from me.
