I just left the Alafaya dentist office of exclusive dentistry. I have never felt like I was just a number at the dentist office before, however today I did. Not only was I numbed once, and left in the room for another patient to be seen as I waited. But I had to be numbed again. After not being able to blink my left eye, feel my ear, or any part of the left side of my face; I was diagnosed with facial paralysis. It was explained that this has never happened to this performing dentist before, and that the issue rarely happens. Of course this adds to my level of concern. I think that moving too fast, trying to see all the patients was the error in today’s visit. Patients should feel cared for and focused on one at a time. Please note that if any further complications result from today’s appointment, I will have to seek legal advice. Again, I am hoping that the issue is resolved within the next 12 hours. I will not be returning as a patient and will ensure that my experience is shared.

Quintero Exclusive Dentistry is awesome!!!! A true family affair!!! Drs. Jorge, Vanessa and George Quintero all have friendly personalities and are very approachable!!!! Love the vibe of the office and everybody there makes you feel welcomed. Fantastic visit!!!! AAAA++++

I was so much in pain. The whole staff was so nice and carrying .So Thankful.Dr. George (son) was so professional.The office it's super organized,also they have the last technology. This was my first time and I schedule a follow up visit for Monday,Keep up the good job!!!

Overall, the practice is good.. The dentist and his back staff is pleasant and calm. However, if I am waiting for close to an hour with my two little kids for their cleaning and I ask the office manager (Rose) how much longer, I expect an apologetic reason. I totally understand there can be emergencies but when I show up on time for our appt. Do not tell me I'll just have to wait and walk away... I didn't come there for a free service. Absolutely dissatisfied with your customer service skills.
