Dr. Jordan Rigsby, DMD

Dr. Rigsby office is clean and has a welcoming environment. He is always good with communication and not pushing you to do unnecessary dental work. I trust his opinion and feel he is also very open minded. Brooklyn is the BEST dental hygienist at his practice and is open minded as well. They offer payment plans for people without insurance. Grateful I found them both!

I was having an extraction. I had anxiety meds in my pocket ready to take. LITERALLY Dr Rigsby and his Assistant Ms Booker were calming, reassuring and understanding. I FELT NO PAIN! Nothing! The stick to numb was less than a mosquito bite! When I was told there would be pressure (I was braced for the worst) it was very minimal. When I was told it was done and I could sit up, I was stunned it was over so fast. VERY grateful for this dream team! (The reception staff are amazing as well!)

Beautiful environment, entire staff from the Receptionist ,Assistant and Doctor are professional and friendly. I highly recommend this being your Dental care in Tallahassee Florida. Doctor Rigsby Rocks !!

Dr. Rigsby did my partial denture. He made me feel comfortable. I am usually a nervous wreck at the dentist, but he made me feel very calm. Fantastic scenery to look at while the drill is going.

After chipping my front tooth, I began to experience unbearable pain, I called Dr. Rigsby's office. His staff was friendly, understanding and worked very diligently to get me in right away. Dr. Rigsby saw me the same day, explained to me step by step what I needed to get done. He performed my root canal in less than a hour and had me on my way. Dr. Rigsby and his staff, absolutely set the standard for EXELLENCE!!

Dr. Rigsby is excellent. The problem is not with him but his staff. They can't get their billing or scheduling correct. They overcharge, and can't explain an invoice or what you and your insurance have paid or not paid. You leave scratching your head. Just glad to get out of there. Regarding scheduling, I took time off from work and showed up for a cleaning/x-ray appointment. After waiting 45 minutes they informed me that my appointment had been given to someone else the day prior. Too bad

Excellent Care...#1 Dentist to see. Wouldn't see anyone else for my dental care. Very gentle when doing root canals and other dental procedures. Experienced only minor pain after a root canal. He makes sure you are relaxed and comfortable before procedure starts and then answers all questions before you leave. Staff is outstanding.
