I was extremely sick in December, before covid 19 erupted. I had to cancel several appointments due to what I thought was a flu complicated with breathing issues, which would have made a teeth cleaning virtually impossible. Because of these issues, I needed to cancel a couple of appointments. Please be aware that they will nickel-and-dime you if you need to cancel, even if you are sick!
I had been a regular here for a bit. I canceled the appointment well within their 48-hour time frame, due to what I thought was a flu complicated with breathing issues. They still charged me $100 cancellation fee. Wow, what kind of place does this when you are going through a crisis?!?! Unbelievable! Needless to say, I will not be returning here for any future dental needs.

EXCELLANT! I have to also give a shout out to my regular dentist Dr. Mana McDowell 1046 N Ventura Road in Oxnard for recommending him. Dr Wong was pleasant to converse with, he explained everything he was doing and did not hesitate to answer questions during the procedure which was approximately 1 hour long. He kept the pain to a minimal level and the apprehension I had was gone; I even was able to remember to breath! No pain and a whole lot to gain. I really appreciate his work and care in doing the procedure. Once again Dr. Wong and staff THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
