I saw Dr. Ottley to have new dentures made. He made my last ones 5 yrs. ago. When I went in to pick up the finished dentures, there were a few problems with the upper plate which was rectified. The bottom plate was nowhere near what it should have been. I went back and back. Ottley saw me the first time, then his assts. Stephanie and Sharon. On the last visit Sharon said, this plate needs to be redone. She told him, he said reline them. That did not work and I cannot wear either plate.
