The most unprofessional, demeaning and horrifying experience I ever had with a dentist or anybody in the health care field I've ever experienced in my life. Was in for a molar extraction - he talked & laughed loudly in my face with other staff while he was injecting me 3 times with a needle to numb area. Reacted extremely rudely when I said how uncomfortable I was with this. He responded, "I'm not going to work with you" and actually refused to finish the job! Immature, unethical, inexcusable!

I am SO incredibly grateful that I found Dr. Matthes! He is a wonderful dentist and genuinely wants to help people. His office staff are all wonderful people and he does everything in his power to listen to your thoughts and concerns and is extremely gentle. I would highly recommend him to anyone in search of a family dentist!
