Simply the best! My experience was almost 'a pleasure'! A visit with an endodontist couldn't really be any better. I was treated like royalty and quickly gained complete confidence in the doctor and his staff. Detailed explanations made me totally comfortable and certain that I was in good hands from start to finish. As a nurse, I am a little more judgmental than some people about health care experiences. This was a good one.

Researching Endodotics in the area also wanting a second opinion my husband decided Dr. Irelan should be the one to do the root canal he needed. He came home extremely happy with the overall experience after his treatment. Weeks later, I happen to need a root canal also. There was no doubt I was going to Franklin Endodontic. It was very evident from the moment I stepped into the office, I was in the right place. I was warmly welcomed by Ty, Josh did a wonderful job taking X-rays and making me comfortable before my treatment. Dr. Ireland was very knowledgeable, explaining every step. Every attention to detail was consider, as my tooth was being worked on. Dr. Ireland's office is equipped with the latest state of the art technology, that allowed him to execute my treatment with precision ,accuracy and success. It was painless, calming and all of my questions were answered, and I felt I had a say in my treatment. I am a Dental Hygienist, I wouldn't go anywhere else if I were you!

I would highly recommend Dr Irelan and Josh his dental tech. Dr Irelan walked me thru the entire process as he executed each step while I was in the chair. The communication between he and Josh was commendable. It was apparent they have worked together for a number of years. The entire process was painless during the procedure and after. Dr Irelan called me that evening to follow up that I was doing well. That signals his care for his patients.

I would highly recommend Dr. Ireland. He is an Endodontics and is now located in Franklin Endodontics in Franklin, Tennessee. I saw him yesterday. He was patient and answered all my concerns. Explained the procedure of my root canal. Should I need another root canal, he will be at the top of my list.
