Today, my second son "aged out" of pediatric dentistry, and we leave Dr. Taylor with nothing but gratitude. Both my kids went to Dr. Taylor starting 17 years ago. Dr. Taylor and the staff have been all I could hope for in a dentistry experience that never once caused my kids fear or anxiety through cleanings, cavities, a couple of extractions, and braces. Dr. Taylor is gentle and calming and so good at what he does, and I could not be more thankful.

We've been seeing him for 8 years and he's absolutely wonderful with kids. He and his staff have wonderful bedside manner especially during procedures. We never have to wait to be called back and it's very easy to schedule/reschedule appointments with the front desk.

We love Dr. Taylor. His calm demeanor puts our kids (and their mom) at ease. We've always had a great experience with the entire staff.

The professional services have been fine and we were loyal clients for years. However our loyalty was met with a front office staff who was rude, refused to address our concerns, and who raised her voice and hurled insults when questioned. We will be seeking other care. Beware.
