He tried to tell me that I had ELEVEN cavities that needed to be filled. His team proceeded to set me up with a payment plan that would eat away at my insurance for both 2018 and 2019. Needless to say, I had a gut feeling that he was in this for the paycheck. I was uneasy so i went to another dentist who somehow only found 2 cavities. Dr. Hong would have drilled into perfectly good teeth to get paid more money.

I was happy with John Hong until he prepped for the placement of two crowns. He stated the two teeth were very weak and could FRACTURE at any time and I needed to do this ASAP. The teeth were fine, no pain but I didn' want to lose the teeth. Short Story: Always get a second opinion before undergoing major dental work! Caution: Always make sure your Dental Provider is one who explains the procedure fully and supplies proper follow up care when things go awry!
