Dr. Ringo is always so patient, my gums are so sensitive and sometimes I’m not completely numb but he never rushes me. He wants to make sure you’re comfortable while he’s working. And his staff are just wonderful, very kind and helpful. His office is a little small but it’s such a friendly atmosphere, and there’s a tv in each room to watch while you’re in the chair. They’re awesome about getting me in right away anytime I have problems with me crowns.

I had to choose a new dentist due to changes with insurance. I do not recommend Dr. Ringo!!
I decided never to return and asked for my records, they said there's a $25.00 fee to give me my records. They states it's the dentist property not mine.
Funny...I thought I was the one paying the bill.

Wait times are usually astronomical. On multiple occasions after the hygienist has cleaned my teeth he has come in and done his inspection without a mask. So I have a face full of his breath as he's talking four inches from my mouth (I gagged once, right in his face). He has a mustache too so I'm really uncomfortable with him not wearing a mask. Not hygienic, not cool. I left and didn't look back. His staff is completely wonderful though, I will say that. They're really kind.
