Office did get us in same day; however, this office expects payment BEFORE ANY services are done. Billed separately for services that are historically included together; ie., suture and drain billed seperate from an extraction. Insurance companies, AND competitors include a suture and any necessary draining in the cost of an extraction. As stated, demands payment BEFORE any work is done. Then files a claim with the patient insurance company. Once the claim is settled, Mr Reed reimburses the patient AT HIS LESIURE! Demands up front payment, but VERY SLOW to reimburse the patient. Unless you absolutely have no where else to go, AVOID THIS OFFICE

Dr. Reed made the appointment for the infected cracked tooth that had to be extracted sooner than it could be done any where else! He kindly worked me in the very next day as there was a 2-3 week else ware. He was very kind and extracted the tooth with a frozen analgesic . He also provided information before, during and after the extraction to me and my husband. I highly recommend him and his staff for their kindness and care.

Dr. Reed is a Blessing from God. State of the art tech; staff and MD were compassionate. They were honest with me. "Yeah, you shouldn't smoke-but at least wait 24 hours." I could do that. He treated with respect and honesty--not just the party line. No bleeding after 8 hours. Gave me home phone. I walked out of another MD's office before he could touch me. Thank God! I trusted Dr. Reed immediately. He cares and he knows what he is doing. Given Vicodin- needed only tylenol after. EXCELLENT MD.

Professional yet down to Earth. His team is accommodating and puts one at ease.
