They claim that due to HIPPA ( privacy act ) they can not post my low rating on their office website which explains my experience which was beyond unprofessional I have lots of work that needs to be done and I was dropped as a patient Fillings that were suppose to have been filled feel the same yet dentist says they are fine.Day following my 3rd appointment office manager spoke with me saying your “District Manager” was in and stated your office would no longer take my insurance after I called to have my records sent to a new office that I foundyou called me back saying “the district manager” said they would continue to see current patients with this very same insurance and I could keep my 4th scheduled appointment and continue care I came in for my UNKNOWINGLY last appointmentYour office had DROPPED me as a patient

I was recommended from Mosaic in Burnsville to go and see Dr. Middlestat and my experience was traumatic to say the least. I had to get fillings replaced and he did an awful job and now my teeth are worse than they were before I stepped foot into that office. I am a veteran with severe PTSD and he did not listen to my needs, or my worries and I was treated like cattle. He did the bare minimum and now I’m having issues with my teeth that I have never had before. I do not recommend being seen at this office. If you can find somewhere else to go I highly recommend to do that. Now I have to find another dentist that will fix the horrible job that he did on my teeth.

After previous dentists left me anxious and afraid to go to the dentist, Dr Mittelsteadt changed all that with his patience, kindness and explanations of what was happening and what to expect. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I've been Dr. Mittelsteadt's patient for many years. Twelve years ago he supplied me with a custom occlusal guard to wear at night and protect my teeth from clenching and/or grinding. This guard stopped my gums from receding. Recently I requested a replacement for my occlusal guard and I'm pleased the new model. Dr. Mittelsteadt told me to be sure to let him know if I have any problems with it. He wants to do whatever is necessary to make sure that it will fit comfortably for the long term. It's only been a few days, so it's too soon to be sure, but I think it will not need any adjustment. It fits very well on all my upper teeth. I'm still adjusting to the fact that it's a little thicker on the biting surface than my old one was, so it holds my jaws slightly open. I'm aware of it in my mouth as I'm falling asleep, but I'm sure I'll soon get used to it.
