I have dental anxiety. Dr. Hang asked routine questions regarding my dental health. When I explained my anxiety as well as lack of dental insurance being the main cause of not seeing a dentist regularly, he proceeded to make very rude comments about how that is no excuse and dental work really doesn't cost much. And then charged me $327 for my routine check up. No bedside manner, made me so uncomfortable I left crying.
