My family and I have been going to Dr Gentles since I was 5. So 21 years! His receptionists, dental assistants and himself are always professional, well trained, & always empathetic. I've never had any issues with him. I've had veneers put on and replaced when I broke them off on accident, I've had wisdom teeth pulled, cavities filled, yearly cleanings, you name it! I'd recommend him to anyone, even without insurance! His cash payments are reasonable and gladly accepted. Love this practice!

Dr. Gentles is an Excellent dentist. I've been coming to him for about 6 years. He is Fast and professional. He does not socialize with the patient. Serious, direct and to the point. Nothing wrong with that. I highly recommend him. He also takes cash payments when I didn't have insurance. His cash prices are more reasonable than the city dentist I used a couple of times when I moved to STL city.

I had to see this dentist due to my "value plan" insurance. The office purposely makes you come back multiple times rather then doing more then one procedure at a time in order to charge additional visits. I was supposed to get a porcelain crown but was given a metal one instead. Since my travel time to his office was an hour and 45 minutes each way, I did not make him give me the porcelain crown. His assistant does nearly all the work, yet the office charges full price! A true rip-off artist!
