Dr. John Brown, DMD

Dr. Brown is extremely competent and experienced. I would recommend him to anyone. He always has competent hygienists working with him and assistants.

Dentist John P. Brown looked in my mouth for 1-2 minutes max. And maybe spent 3 minutes speaking to me in total. He was extremely rough just jammed his finger in my mouth without warning. I feel sorry for any small children under his "care." He coughed while looking in my mouth. Granted he had on his mask but he did not turn away. He wanted me to pay $110 for my cleaning claiming I needed a deep cleaning so rather than my insurance covered free cleaning that I came in to get I'd have to $110 to get my teeth cleaned despite having an appointment to get my teeth cleaned that day. He sent his messenger to tell me this "not covered" cost. When I asked to speak with someone about it he would not even come consult with me looked right at me and walked by as I complained to the employees. During my short "evaluation" he spoke more like a car salesman than a patient-centered dentist. He tried to persuade me to let him pull my wisdom teeth & get braces when dentist in the past warned of risks
