He is very professional and too the point. I like that I can wait and get seen. Never had a complaint, and hope to see him soon

I have never had a problem until I looked this morning I can see a piece of the tooth that was supposed to be extracted yesterday still in there I don’t, want this to be a problem for the future, I m nervous because as I have read about the stafff they make me uncomfortable as I was checking out two of the nurses was at check out whispering and as I got to the counter they acted as if they saw a ghost and the one at the computer the old lady looked at the other nurse that was squatting at her desk with her mouth open as if she was surprised and said just give her those which was my prescriptions , I did need to come back for a cleaning and a bridge but they made me very uncomfortable . I’m going to call back and see if I can get this matter fixed and talk to the office manager, I will let yall know how that goes….. to be continued.

I'm at ease with Dr. Builder he does not make me Nervous!!

The service that I received was great but the billing representative was unprofessional and rude. I gave a copy of both my dental plans to the receptionist on my procedure date. The receptionist told me basically that I was lying. I offered emailing it, texting it or even faxing it and she said you guys don't have those abilities and the fax would be to dark. I live in Columbia so there is know way I'm taking a trip for a simple insurance card. Trying to solve the problem ??

Awesome extracted 2 teeth no pain...going Saturday!

I had a tooth in the front of my mouth that broke off to the gum. I was referred to Dr. Bilder to do the extraction. I went to his office which was 45 minutes away and was taken in immediately. Dr Bilder extracted the tooth and I never felt anything. I was so impressed with him as a Dentist and as a person. I would highly recommend this Dentist.

I've seen Dr Bilder 6 or 7 times over the years. While everything is not perfect, it is still worth the long wait times. I can't imagine anyone with a gentler touch or with more compassion. On top of that, the prices are more than reasonable. He is also open on Saturday A.M. The one bad thing (if you could call it that) is that being so dedicated to helping people he is overworked. I personally hope he slows down on the number of people he sees just so he will be able to stick around longer.

There was a very long wait, but Dr.Bilder was the best dentist I have ever went to. Wish I knew about him sooner. Got tooth pulled and nearly pain free. Awesome Dr. Worth the wait and drive.
