I began using Dr. Joe 25 years ago when I was 13. I have not used any other dentist since I began using him. I now have my wife and 2 boys also use him. He is OUR family dentist. He is extremely good at what he does. He does not cause any unnecessary pain and very patient with his patients. He does not rush through what he does and gives every patient the same time and attention. The staff is a "family", and it shows that everyone loves working here. I recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Chafin is great it is the staff that gets me every time. Whether haggling over billing or straight out putting me down, I am just about over the customer service there. Also, I feel harassed over the constant emails, phone calls, and interrupting me at work to schedule, remind me of appointments, etc. Enough is enough.
