Great with My Special Needs Child
Dr Lewis and her staff were very understanding of my child's special needs and sensory issues. They thoroughly explained every step before doing it and answered all of my child's questions.

If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter has been trying for months to find the right care for my grandson, referral after referral to finally get a call for an appointment with this dentist. My grandson had an appointment for today, he woke up with a high temperature this morning and crying that his throat hurt. My daughter rushed him to urgent care, and it turned out to be a very bad case of strep. After filling the medications and doing everything we could to get his temp down she realized she had forgotten about the appointment. They now refuse to see him or allow a rescheduled appointment because" they prefer to treat patients that show up for their appointment". They even asked if she had proof, she was at the urgent care which she did and emailed that to them. This practice clearly does not care about taking care of children but just the $ lost by a missed appointment. This obvious lack of understanding or the needs of a child should really have you considering if this is someone you want to entrust with your child's care!!!

Dr. Lewis is very nice but 0 for customer service
Dr. Lewis is a kind doctor, great with kids, however she needs to take a look at her practice management. The billing person took 4 voicemails for me to get a response and I've left 2 messages for whomever the "practice manager" is (I think Dr.'s husband?), both unanswered. We will no longer be patients since they don't care to respond. Also the last hygienist my son had for his first ever x-rays was inpatient and rude...not a good experience.

After eight years of going to West Bay Dental (East Greenwich Location), we will never return. Because of Covid-19, the waiting period to book an appointment was 12 months. Our appointment was at 2:30, so we arrived 15 minutes early. First ones there. About 4 families came in after us, and they were all taken to be seen in a matter of minutes. Front desk staff told us "just a few more minutes." We left out of frustration because we waited almost an hour to be seen. After we demanded to cancel our appointments, they had the audacity to ask us if we wanted to reschedule and even shouted across the room, "they want to cancel their appointment!" Do better.

Dr. Lewis is so incredible! She is so sweet with my daughter who always gets a little nervous to visit the dentist and she is very knowledgeable as well. Highly recommended.

My three children have been going to Dr. Lewis for years and I can't say enough about her and the entire practice. The office is incredibly efficient and the patience and care that they show to the kids is amazing. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I recently read the negative review about West Bay Dental Group. My daughter has been going to west bay and Dr. Lewis for 5 years. The care is stellar. Everyone is so professional and caring. It is actually the best office we go to!!!

Let me start by saying I never write a negative review and I really mean this. I'm compelled to let the public know how West Bay Dental does NOT care about their patients. They claim to be a family dental practice however their actions speak a much different tone. The demeanor of the dentists is nothing short of pompous and arrogant. You will be better suited finding any and I mean any other dental practice. Good luck.

My (teenage) son has a VERY bad needle phobia. We had already gone to an oral surgeon and our regular dentist a total of four times over a 1 year period to have 2 baby teeth extracted. Each time, he started shaking and freaking out so badly that the doctors refused to do the procedure. Dr Lewis was incredible! She made my son feel extremely comfortable, and her and her staff knew just what to do and say (and what NOT to do or say). Her and her staff were fabulous. We are so grateful to them.
