Kind and caring as friendly are just some of feelings I was greeted with by the staff. Gentle skilled and thoughtful are the traits of all of them. My goodness no one wants to go to the Dentist however, these wonderful people make it easier. I sure am lucky to have found them!

Attempted to schedule an appointment on three different occasions in the last 90 days. Each time I called, I received the answering service and left a message containing my contact information. Charles Town Dental called me back two days later after I left the third message. I immediately responded to their call and let them know I had made an appointment with another dental service.

Dr Luciano is great. My concern is about the short time the hygienist took to clean my teeth. During my last visit, hygienist took 25 minutes and that included x-rays, dentist exam and teeth cleaning. Based on many years of teeth cleanings (and given X-rays and dentist exam took about 7 minutes of the total of 25 minutes in dental office), 18 minutes for the hygienist to clean my teeth is about half the time all previous hygienists needed. As a patient, my interest is in receiving a thorough teeth cleaning and my lifetime experience is that a thorough teeth cleaning takes 30 to 45 minutes. Thinking of changing my dentist..

I have a fear of the dentist and Dr. Luciano Parker is the first dentist I’ve felt truly comfortable with. I had porcelain veneers done this year and am over the moon in love with them! I recommend this practice for the whole family. My kids were pleasantly surprised by how much they enjoyed their dentist visits.

Fantastic Dentist. Ensures that all patients feel welcome. I took a VERY timid 6 year old who has had terrifying previous dental visits at another provider. Dr. Luciano Parker was amazingly gentle and patient, and explained everything as she went in order to calm my very nervous 6 yr old. The staff is so super friendly, and I have never seen a cleaner office at any medical/dental providers.

The office is beautiful, Dr P is very good and the majority of the staff is helpful and friendly. BUT, it is extremely hard to get into this office. If you have an issue you have to wait till the next opening which is usually 2 months out. Not to mention when the office closed due to "no power" and cancelled all appointments for patients who already waited 2 months they were pushed out another to months. I am looking for a new dentist due to the inability to ever get into this office.

My family has recently started coming to her office. We have never been more satisfied in a dentist as we are right now.

Had an early appoinment yesterday nobody exept me was in the waiting room. I was 4 minutes late and they would not see me. The staff was extremely rude. It would have been my first visit.
