From the very first visit, Dr. Sheth took the time to listen to my concerns, explain procedures in a way that felt reassuring, and work with me to make appointments less stressful. I feel like we are both interested in my journey through the phobia, unlike the others who were about tolerating it. Most dentists didn’t listen to me well at all. I’m not even sure that the practices would allow them to. It’s different working with an individual dentist than as part of a chain. While I still carry some trace of my dental phobia after many years, I’ve learned a variety of techniques that help manage my fear and make each visit more manageable. I can’t say that I’m unafraid of the needle, but I’m sure I’ve more control over it. One of the most important things I’ve learned is that Dr. Sheth has always been there for me, supporting me and staying interested in my journey. Dr. Sheth has been providing his services to our whole family and has always done a great job. He's extremely friendly and takes the time to really explain everything to ensure his patients understand the importance of what it is he does. I had no idea just how dangerous it can be to not upkeep with dental health prior to my visit at his office. He also was able to set an emergency visit for my wife within 24 hours of our request.
