As long time patient at this practice (18 years), I feel it needs to be brought to people attention that the level of customer service and professionalism at this office has deteriorated. The office staff is generally not interested in treating the patient with any sort of respect or courtesy.
As for the dental aspect, Dr Park is a fine dentist who has apparently allowed his office staff to dictate how the customers are being managed.
