Doctor frankos prepped and installed six crowns on my upper mouth. He was very attentive to my needs and explained all my options and the future impact regarding those options. All around great doctor and wonderful atmosphere. Office staff was great. My teeth look great thanks Jim. Tim Scott

Like a car salesman trying to convince you to pay for overpriced, unneeded factory options, no matter what minor work I went to Dr. Frankos for he always tried to convince me to have unwanted cosmetic work. During what was my final visit, I explained to him for the umpteenth time I couldn't afford cosmetic work & he actually had the nerve to try to convince me that I should have the work done anyway and then just put the massive bill on my credit card. Seriously?! After that, I never went back.

While filling a filling on the bottom lower right side of my jaw, Frankos was too busy yapping with his assistant, and he cut too much tooth off, and still put a filler in. Well, it came out, and he said that he would lower the cost for a root canal to fix it. I did not go back because I did not want to give him any more money; he would have just jacked up the price, and took off something to make it look like he really took something off for his mistake. i should have taken him to small claims!
