Dr. Jigar Gandhi, DDS

At first, my health insurance didn't cover dental costs, so he agreed to take a discount off my payments. I had to remind the employees of that discount;if I didn't, they forget to do it. When I obtained a dental insurance policy in which Dr. Gandi was in, the employees said that they didn’t accept it. As I insisted, they verified that they had to give me the discount. When I went to have a crown placed that was paid in full, by insurance and my credit card, they said that I haven’t paid. After 2 hours, in which I contacted my credit card, Dr. Gandhi’s office said they had put my payment in another account, my crown was hijacked. At the same time, when I went to get a cleaning they say that I have to pay an amount that my insurance rejected, otherwise they did not do the cleaning, I thought it was possible that the insurance would reject and paid what they said. Then I contacted the insurance and it was not real, my insurance did not reject anything. They never gave me a refund.

I went to dr Gandhi after seeing several other doctors that took my money and did nothing ,after wanting to go crazy because of not having teeth that was knocked out by 4 men in nyc while protecting a construction site if not for doctor Gandhi he went out of his way to help me I owe this man my life he didn't even know me and went out of his way to fix my life god bless this man I will never forget him, if you have problems he's the man to talk to,,thanks ARTIE

I paid Shore Smiles $5k out of my pocket for a dental proceedure and then my insurance company paid Shore Smiles for the same service. When the insurance company told me that they paid shore smiles they reused to refund the money that I layed out. they tried to get double paid for the proceeure. I had to get lawyers involved to force them to retrun the money. Beware!!!
