Dr. Jessica Ransom, DDS

I am writing this for my Aunt. My Aunt went to Dr. Ransom go a tooth implant when she was still at Rocky Creek Dental. Dr. Ransom destroyed the tooth next to the offensive tooth, ground it down and told her she needed a root canal. She placed a crown on a very small nub of a tooth that she had created after the "needed" root canal. She had my Aunt pay for the whole process up front and closed down the business without following up with my Aunt about the disaster she made of her mouth. My Aunt had to follow up with another dentist who confirmed Dr. Ransom had destroyed both teeth.

I went to Dr. Ransom just for a cleaning, and one of the associates came into the room with a clipboard and told me I had to have Invisalign, which would cost $4000-$6000 and that insurance would NOT pay for it!! I didn't NEED Invisalign! I felt like I was being taken advantage of, and I did not like that at all. Tip for people who go to Dr. Jessica Ransom: LEAVE NOW AND FIND ANOTHER DENTIST! DO NOT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF LIKE I DID!

Love the work she does have been going to her since she opened her doors... Take all my kids and my wife also goes to her...thank you for all you do
